SP (SPR) Semi-Submerged Slurry Pump

Overiview

This series submerged slurry pumps adopt double suction and semi open impeller design. The impeller is made of cemented carbide or rubber. The pump inlet is vertically downward and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump. 

This series of slurry pumps generally work in the pool or pit without any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction.

The structure of SP type is the same as that of SPR type. The SP type overflow parts and shafts are made of metal, and the SPR type overflow parts and bushings are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber.

Application

This series of submerged slurry pumps are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. They are mainly used to transport coarse particles and high concentration slurry.

SP type overflow parts and shafts are made of wear resistant metal material, which are suitable for conveying abrasive slag slurry.

The parts of SPR pump submerged are lined with rubber, which is suitable for conveying corrosive slag slurry.
